This is an integrative approach to counseling in which focuses on the relationship between all aspects of your life - relationships, work, spirituality, mental health, physical health, food - to understand and address the way your concerns are impacting your WHOLE self. When there is one area that is off balance, that is when symptoms, dysfunction, + concerns present that are brought to our attention.

We will work together to devise a plan to guide you towards the nexts steps of your healing process.
We will examine and discus your overall biopsychosocial history - physical, mental, and social.
Sessions will be designed in exploring aspects, imbalances, or symptoms. This may consist of talking, mindfulness, breathe work, meditation, etc. Homework will be assigned so you can maximize results outside of our sessions.
We will pinpoint areas that are not in harmony with other aspects of yourself that are causing dysfunction for you.
Goal is to restore balance into the aspect(s) of your life that are impacting yourself. This is even happening when we aren't paying attention - kind of like magic ✨ Working towards healing yourself doesn't end here. Maintenance treatment may be recommended.

There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. If an appointment is not cancelled within that time frame, or you do not attend your session without notification, you will be subject to a late fee.
