What Do The 8 Weeks Look Like?
Let's break it down...
Week 1
This week is all about preparation! We are going to learn how to set your environment up for success. We’ll discuss ways to lean on each other in support, and answer any questions or work through concerns you may have regarding the program.
Week 3
You’ll tap into your inner resources. These are the resources that are valuable if you don’t have people in your life who support you. You’ll learn how to tap into your inner strength and courage to make the changes you desire.
Week 5
This week is all about intuitive eating, learning how to recognize hunger signals, returning back to your inner guidance, and discovering that your body can be trusted.
Week 7
This week is about resolving inner and outer conflicts that may be preventing you from what you desire. We will look at the pros and cons of change and help you bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to go.
Week 2
We’ll check in with the No Sugar Challenge and work through any questions, concerns and challenges that came up this past week. We’ll also dive into what supportive relationships look like and where you’ll be rallying your outer resources.
Week 4
This week is where you discover how you currently use food to meet your emotional needs and create fulfilling alternatives to reach for instead of food.
Week 6
Here you’ll learn how to deal with negative thoughts, break down limiting beliefs, and deal with powerful emotions that have prevented you from the life and body you desire.
Week 8
Our final week together! We will focus on what it takes to stay in maintenance and how to continue moving toward your goal. You will receive more strategies designed to help you find peace with food and your body.
