About the event

About this offering: As women we tend to give so much to others and often, forget to give time, love & attention back to ourselves. Come home to yourself through a special meditation led by Kenzie. Meditation is sacred time carved out for yourself. In this gathering, we will give back to ourselves through a nourishing & grounding meditation and learn more about how meditation can become one of the tools in your self-care tool box. This is more than just sitting and breathing - meditation should be joyful, engaged and alive. Join us to experience more in your meditations.

About Kenzie: Kenzie has been teaching yoga & meditation on the North Shore since 2013. While she initially taught yoga to her peers, children, and adults...Kenzie found a growing desire to support women/people who bleed as she learned more about the power of connecting with the menstrual cycle around 2017. Kenzie now offers yoga as a means to connect to your cycle and understand your emotions more deeply. In 2019 she led her first workshop at Kind Lab in Beverly, MA called "Cycle Balance Basics." She continues to educate on the power of the menstrual cycle through her Trust Your Body program as well as meditation & yoga events. Kenzie, a certified FEMM educator, is incredibly passionate about supporting women/womb-owners through all stages of their reproductive continuum.
