how working together can help you
From College to Career
Anxiety about the future, pressure to succeed, or struggling with identity shifts? I’ll help you embrace your journey and manage the stress that comes with major life decisions.
Build Healthy
Coping Strategies
Life throws curveballs, and knowing how to cope with those challenges is essential. Whether you’re managing stress from school, work, or personal life, I’ll help you develop personalized coping strategies that can help you stay grounded. We’ll work together to equip you with tools such as mindfulness techniques, breathing exercises, and practical problem-solving skills - all designed to bring peace and clarity to overwhelming moments.
Becoming a Mother
The transition to motherhood is one of the most beautiful yet challenging moments. With my experience in postpartum mental health, I’ll guide you through the emotional ups and downs that come with this life-altering change.
Everything In Between
No matter what phase you’re in, mental health matters. Life isn’t always easy, and it’s okay to ask for support. I offer a safe space for you to process challenges, grow, and thrive in all areas of your life.
Big Life Changes
Your relationship with your partner or close family members might feel strained right now. Between the sleepless nights, the constant demands of a newborn, and the stress you’re feeling, it’s easy to feel disconnected.
Let’s work together on improving communication and setting healthy boundaries, so you feel more supported and connected with the people you love.
Building Confidence
Confidence is the foundation for navigating life’s challenges. As a woman, you’re often juggling multiple roles, and it’s easy to lose sight of your own strength. Through therapy, I’ll help you reconnect with your inner power and build lasting confidence in yourself and your decisions.

I'm not just a therapist,
I am someone who gets it.
I understand that life can be overwhelming. The pressures from school, career, relationships, and the many transitions that come with becoming a mother, moving to a new city, or navigating major life changes can feel like too much to handle.
But here’s the thing - I’m not just a therapist. I’m someone who’s passionate about supporting women like you, who might feel like they’re struggling to keep it all together. Whether you're facing anxiety, postpartum challenges, or simply trying to balance everything, I’m here to help.

My approach is simple: I’m here to listen, understand, and work with you at your own pace. No judgment, no rush - just a safe space where we can dive into what’s really going on and work together to make things better. We’ll take things one step at a time, creating a plan that fits your life, your needs, and your goals.
You don’t have to put on a brave face or try to handle everything alone. Together, we’ll navigate the challenges you’re facing - whether it’s the pressure to succeed in school or career, adjusting to motherhood, or learning how to cope with overwhelming emotions.
