No matter what our life's story is, we can heal. My approach is holistic, integrative, and non-judgmental. In my work, I focus on the integration of the mind, body, and spirit which allows us to visit every component that makes you who you are. This approach brings forth a greater sense of self- a self that has always been there, but may just need little dusting off and given compassion, kindness, or acknowledgment. 

I have earned a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with a speciality in Health + Behavioral Medicine. I have worked in academic settings, community mental health, emergency room departments, public health departments, and group practice. My experience in the field has led me to what I am passionate about - holistic health, nutrition, and psychology. With the combination of the three, I strive to assist you to work towards your social, emotional, and psychological goals to find more balance in your life.

EXPLORE

Sessions will be designed in exploring aspects, imbalances, or symptoms. This may consist of talking, mindfulness, breathe work, meditation, etc. Homework will be assigned so you can maximize results outside of our sessions.

We will pinpoint areas that are not in harmony with other aspects of yourself that are causing dysfunction for you.

BALANCE

Goal is to restore balance into the aspect(s) of your life that are impacting yourself. This is even happening when we aren't paying attention - kind of like magic ✨ Working towards healing yourself doesn't end here. Maintenance treatment may be recommended.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

TELEHEALTH + COVID-19

  • Due to COVID-19, all sessions will be conducted via telehealth to ensure the health and safety of all clients. A HIPAA compliant platform is used to conduct these session to ensure your privacy.

CANCELLATIONS

  • There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. If an appointment is not cancelled within that time frame, or you do not attend your session without notification, you will be subject to a late fee.

GOOD FAITH ESTIMATES

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate under the No Surprise Act, effective January 1st, 2022. This estimate will explain how much treatment will cost. Visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises for more questions and information regarding your right to a Good Faith Estimate.
