I’m Matt, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and I specialize in helping individuals like you uncover deeper truths, heal emotional wounds, and tap into your own innate strength. My personalized approach to healing not only includes counseling, but practices that address the Mind, Body, & Soul. Some of these include Reiki, Shamanic journeying, Meditation and Breathwork, as well as exploring the uses of essential oils and herbal healing protocols.

  • Who is the group for?
    This group is for postpartum moms (0-12 months post-birth), experiencing anxiety and depression. At this time, the group is only for moms that are located in Massachusetts. You must be either a resident of Massachusetts and located in the state at the time of the group meetings.
  • How long is the group?
    The group is for 90 minutes weekly, for 8 weeks.
  • Where is the group?
    The group is 100% virtual!
  • Are second/third time moms eligible?
    Yes! All moms are welcome, whether it's your first, second, or third time around!
  • Am I able to participate in group if I have already before?
    Yes! We'd love to have you join us again. This group is so unique that even though some areas may be the same, there is always new material being added in. Also, you may have a different perspective now in your motherhood journey than you did when you first began group.
