​Hi! I’m Rachael - the founder of RH Health and Nutrition and the in-house Nutritionist for A Balanced Self. I’m a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach.
Since 2020, I’ve supported clients in both the wellness and mental health fields, helping them reconnect with their bodies and rediscover their natural vitality. I take a compassionate, root-cause approach to wellness that supports all parts of who you are: mind, body, and soul.
