Reiki Level 1 Training + Attunement

In this immersive training, you will delve into the roots and history of Reiki energy healing, learn about the principles that underpin the practice, and understand how it harmonizes the mind, body, and spirit.

Throughout the training, you will learn techniques to connect with the universal life force energy that flows through all living beings. With guided practices and exercises, you'll deepen your awareness of this energy and cultivate the ability to channel it for healing purposes. There will be opportunity for hands-on practice where you’ll both give and receive Reiki.

Central to this experience is the attunement ceremony, a sacred and meaningful ritual that opens your body as a clear channel for Reiki energyto flow in, through, and out of.

Upon completion, you will receive formal certification for Reiki Level 1. Join Francesca, Reiki Master and yoga teacher, for a powerful and transformative day of reconnection, compassion, and healing.
