Welcome to The Mama Circle!
This is an hour of dedicated time for YOU. Through the guidance from one of our mental health counselors, you will be able to release what's been weighing you down, discover strategies, and really see that you are not alone in this journey. Motherhood can be an extremely isolating experience and we are here for you!

Don't have childcare? No problem. Babies 0-12mos are welcomed to attend! 😊
