Welcome to The Mama Circle!
This is dedicated time for YOU. Through the guidance from our licensed therapist, Christine, you will be able to release what's been weighing you down, discover strategies, and really see that you are not alone in this journey. Motherhood can be an extremely isolating experience and we are here for you!
We ask you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the event to give yourself time to settle in and find a seat. We can't wait to see you!
