We're managing responsibilities, navigating constant demands, and often carrying unspoken emotional weight. We push through, numb out, distract, over-function… and somewhere along the way, we disconnect from ourselves. You might not even realize how much you're holding until you finally give yourself space to pause.


That’s where The Shift comes in.


This experience offers what so many of us are starved for:

In this gentle, somatic-based workshop, you’ll be guided through:

  • Restorative movement to release physical and emotional tension

  • Therapeutic sound healing to calm and regulate your nervous system

  • Intentional stillness and embodied practices that offer space for clarity, emotional release, and deep rest


No experience needed. Just bring yourself, exactly as you are.
