Looking for passionate licensed mental health counselors (LMHC, LICSW) to join a growing practice!

This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Inquire to learn more about this unique type of opportunity. Only Massachusetts licensed clinicians will be considered due to state regulations and guidelines.

We have worked in several settings that did not allow for flexibility, required TONS of paperwork, many hours, and insufficient compensation. We get it. We understand how it can be. What sets us apart from the other employers:

• Flexible schedule - make your own hours! 

• Work remotely or from our beautiful office space in Wakefield, MA (clients are currently via telehealth, but you have opportunity to conduct sessions remotely from the office with eventually transitioning to in-person sessions).

• Billing, marketing + referrals are done by us!

• All paperwork is electronic 

• Be compensated the way you deserve to be

• Supervision available

Requirements:

• Licensed in the state of Massachusetts (LMHC, LICSW)

• Master's degree 

• Malpractice insurance (if you do not have, we can assist you in obtaining)

• At least 2-3 years of experience working in the mental health field

• Can work independently

• Ability to navigate technology (i.e. computer, phone, telehealth platform)

• Prompt, timely, and organized

• Passion for helping others with an empathetic, holistic, and diverse approach

• 3 References from past supervisors | professional connections

• Currently credentialed with insurance companies preferred (Optum, Always, United HealthCare, Harvard Pilgrim, BCBS)

• Availability for10 - 20 clients per week (payment will be per session)
