About the event
Restorative yoga involves holding restful poses with the support of props & guided meditation. Rest & bring balance to your mind, body + spirit with this slow & gentle form of yoga. Beneficial to all levels- especially those craving active rest & support in letting go.
Sound healing is the meditative practice of calming the body and mind through sound. Sound healing helps activate our parasympathetic nervous system, helping us shift into deep states of relaxation. During poses, sounds will be played to help guide your body and mind to release what is no longer serving you to leave feeling refreshed and renewed.
