The first time I noticed it, it was late August. The sun was still strong, but the evenings had a hint of cool. I was trying to soak in every last bit of summer - late-night ice cream runs, beach days, endless to-do lists of “fun” and yet, I felt… off. Tired. Anxious. A little sense of doom.
Over the years, I realized it wasn’t just August.It was every seasonal shift. The small but powerful changes in daylight, temperature, and energy would ripple through my mood, my sleep, even my digestion. And I saw it in my clients, too, the same patterns of anxiety, fatigue, irritability, and overwhelm that seemed to creep in as one season slipped into the next.

A year-long, seasonal wellness experience where nutrition therapy and holistic mental health come together to support your mood, energy, and clarity - all year, every year. Seasonal Pass or Single Season | Join us for the season that kicks your butt the most or fall all four.
Weekly Practices | Mindset shifts, journaling prompts, rituals, and self-care tools to keep you grounded and inspired.
Seasonal Eating Guidance | Learn which foods support mood, immunity, and energy right now, and how to prepare them simply.
Holistic Support | Access both a licensed mental health counselor and a holistic nutritionist in one program, so you’re caring for your whole self.
