Rebecca, LICSW

Considering therapy is a big step and finding a therapist who matches your needs is an important part of the process. I offer a strengths based and person centered approach, while incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques, to help clients identify and work toward their goals.

I am an independently licensed social worker and have been in the field for over ten years. I have worked in emergency services and hospital settings in the past, and have completed advanced training with Postpartum Support International. My passion is working with new parents as they go through pregnancy and the postpartum period, in addition to adoptive parents. Becoming a parent can simultaneously spark joy and uncertainty. I partner with clients by offering a nonjudgmental space to explore feelings and better understand themselves as they enter the early phases of parenthood.
