how working together can help you
Support Throughout Pregnancy
The journey to becoming a parent is filled with a range of emotions—excitement, anxiety, joy, and sometimes uncertainty. I’m here to help you process all of those emotions in a healthy way. Whether you're struggling with pregnancy-related anxiety, navigating physical changes, or dealing with prenatal depression, we’ll work together to manage these challenges and create a positive, empowering experience leading up to birth.
Preparing for Parenthood
Becoming a parent is life-changing, and it’s normal to feel unsure about the transition. I help you prepare mentally, emotionally, and practically for the arrival of your baby. We’ll explore parenting strategies, manage expectations, and talk through fears or anxieties so that you feel confident and ready for what’s to come.
Navigating Your
Birth Experience
Childbirth can bring up a mix of emotions, from excitement to fear or even trauma. If you’re anxious about the birth process, have experienced birth trauma in the past, or are looking to feel more prepared mentally, I’ll help you process these feelings, set realistic expectations, and develop coping strategies to approach your birth experience with confidence and calm.
Find Your Village
Navigating pregnancy and early parenthood can feel isolating, especially if you don't have a strong support system. I can help you explore ways to connect with others, build your support network, and make sure you have the resources you need. From connecting with family members to seeking out local or online communities, we'll discuss strategies for cultivating a circle of support that will make this journey feel less overwhelming.
Postpartum Support
The postpartum period is often filled with physical recovery, sleep deprivation, and emotional shifts. It can feel overwhelming, especially if you're struggling with postpartum depression, anxiety, or adjusting to new parenting responsibilities. I provide compassionate support during this time, helping you navigate the challenges of early motherhood, manage your mental health, and find balance as you care for yourself and your new baby.
Navigate Identify Shifts
Motherhood brings profound changes to your identity. You may find yourself questioning who you are outside of your role as a mom. I’ll help you explore these shifts, rediscover your sense of self, and find a balance between being a parent and maintaining your individuality. Together, we can embrace the growth you’re experiencing while honoring the person you were before and continue to evolve into.

Guiding you through the transformative journey of pregnancy, birth, & beyond
