Wellness Tip: Reduce the Amount Spent on Your Phone

Have you ever looked into your phone's settings and viewed the amount spent on your phone? I have and its absolutely MIND BLOWING. This week itโ€™s been a total of 32 HOURS for me. ๐Ÿ’€ Between running my business, personal life, and things in-between, I clearly have a lot of time spent on my phone. But am I being mindful? NOPE.

This weekend, detach by going outside, taking a walk, reading, cleaning, or doing other activities that do not require being on your phone 24/7. Makes the time spent more enjoyable, less comparison of what others are doing, and less distractions.
